Language Availability

All new modules are initially developed in English and then translated into French, German and Dutch. These new languages will be gradually implemented during the course of 2005. Currently, only some sections are available in languages other than English.

1) How can I set my preferred language?

The bottom left menu contains a section called 'Select Language'. You can switch to your language by clicking on the appropriate link.

2) Why does the link for my language sometimes appear in grey?

If the link for your language appears in grey - for example [FR] - it means that the current page is not yet available in your language. If you click on the link, you will change to the 'environment' of the chosen language. However, the English page will be displayed when content is not yet available in that language.

3) When I choose my language (other that EN), how can I browse the site if there are pages not yet translated?

Links below 'Sub-TopicS' or 'See Also' followed by [EN] indicate pages which are only available in English. You can following these links without changing your preferred language settings. At any time you can switch to the English environment (see Question 1) if you wish to view the site in a uniform language.
